How do your services work?
Nat’s Pet Care and House Sitting, LLC (NPC) offers timed play date visits and overnight stays in the client’s home. For the full list of services, please check out our current service sheet at www.natspetcareerie.com/services
Do you offer 24-hour care in the clients home?
In order to accommodate current and future pets/clients, Nat's Pet Care does not offer 24 hour care at this time.
How do I book with Nat’s Pet Care?
Please fill out a contact form with your requested dates here at www.natspetcareerie.com/contact . Natalie will be in touch about availability for desired dates and setting up a free meet-and-greet in the client's home.
Do you stay in my (the client’s) home or do I bring my pets to your house?
Nat’s Pet Care currently only offers services in the clients home. Her three cats appreciate having their space to themselves!
What does an overnight services include?
Overnight services include staying in the client's home from around 8:30pm to 9:30am, potty breaks at any time, meal times, bring in packages/mail, take out trash, switch lights in home, operate security system, light house keeping, etc.
Please reach out to Nat with special requests not listed during the time of booking.
Are during the day play date visits included in overnight care?
During the day drop-in visits that are requested outside of the overnight stay from 8:30pm to 9:30am, cost an extra fee for each additional drop-in/play date in the client's home.
