What makes Nat's Pet Care different?
Nat's Pet Care is intentionally a one-person business. When you book with me, you'll always know exactly who is caring for your pets and your home.
My goal is to build lasting relationships with families by providing dependable care, clear communication, and genuine peace of mind every time you travel.
Do you stay in my (the client’s) home or do I bring my pets to your house?
Nat’s Pet Care currently only offers services in the clients home. Her three cats appreciate having their space to themselves!
What does an overnight services include?
Overnight care allows your pets to stay comfortable in their own home while you're away. Each stay includes evening care, an overnight stay, and morning care. Because I also care for other client families and maintain a part-time evening position, my evening schedule may vary, but your overnight stay is always guaranteed.
What is your cancellation and holiday policy?
Every reservation is important, especially during busy holiday seasons. My cancellation and holiday policies are outlined in my Service Agreement so you'll know exactly what to expect before booking.
How do I become a new client?
After exploring the Let's Meet Your Pets page, if you feel like we'd be a good fit, I'd love to meet you and your pets! Simply schedule a complimentary Meet & Greet. We'll meet in your home, talk through your pets' routines, answer any questions, and make sure everyone is comfortable before your first booking.
Do you offer 24-hour care in the clients home?
No. My services are designed for pets who are comfortable being left alone between scheduled visits. Limited hourly care may be available upon request.
Are during the day drop-in visits included in overnight care?
During the day drop-in visits that are requested outside of the overnight stay cost an extra fee for each additional drop-in visit in the client's home.
Do you guarantee exact visit times?
To provide the highest quality care for every family, visits are scheduled within agreed-upon time blocks rather than exact arrival times. This allows flexibility for traffic, weather, pet emergencies, and unexpected delays while ensuring every pet receives the attention they deserve.
